Steps
1. Open Cheat Engine -> Select Process -> Change Value Type : Double

2. Click This [>Play 8 Ball Pool<] -> Scan 1000

 3. Select All Result  And Click Red Arrow Button

 4. Change All Value 0.1 To 5.1 [ 0.1 Only ]
