Emergency patch as some users have difficulties finding the options to change the service refresh rate under the old path:

Add a Settings tab in the ActionBar while in the first menu that brings up the app settings

Add some more translations

Fix an old bug that was triggered by changing the download_path and then only by restarting the app it would successfully download the .zip to the new path

Some quick fixes in the Automatic data clearing option
