SG TCP Optimizer

STEPS

1. Open SG TCP Optimizer

2. Choose your maximum Connection Speed from the slider bar 

(the maximum available bandwidth, in kilobits per second)

3. Check to Modify All Network Adapters

4. Click "Optimal settings" from the radio-buttons near the bottom of the program

5. Click on the "Apply changes" button -> Ok -> Restart Your Computer
