Steps
1. Open Control Panel Then Click Network And Internet
2. Click Network And Sharing Center
3. Click Change Adapter Right Click Local Area Connection
4. Click Properties Then Click Configure
5. Advance -> Change The Following Below
Recieve Buffers : 1
Speed And Duplex : 100 Mbps Full Duplex
Transmit Buffers : 100
